We moved from Atlanta to Albuquerque. I didn’t brew for nearly a year because selling your house and moving is a “heavy lift” as they like to say in corporate boardrooms and both completely consumed our lives.

Anyway, once we got settled (and the temps dipped below 100 degrees), I started making beer again. I’ve made 4 beers in the past year and have been quite excited about all of them.

The water in Albuquerque is very different from the water in Atlanta, but once I got the chemistry figured out, things went surprisingly well. Here are my recipes and process sheets from the past year of brewing in the land of enchantment:
