This is a good beer. I’m proud of it and I choose to drink it a lot.

What would I do differently if I make this beer again?
* Order the correct amount of Vienna malt….or maybe not. Like I said, it’s a good beer.

Next up I’m going to try to remake the 2021 Maibock, but less boozy and better attenuated.
